How the affiliate program works
Affonso provides the partner account and unique referral link. Fonable records eligible Stripe top-ups when browser-cookie attribution is still available.
Create your partner account
Apply through Fonable’s Affonso portal. Once accepted, your account provides a unique referral link and reporting dashboard.
Share your referral link
Send people to Fonable through your link. If they accept affiliate cookies, Affonso can remember the latest eligible referral in that browser for up to 30 days.
Review eligible commissions
Attributed Stripe credit top-ups enter a 30-day approval hold. Approved commissions are then considered during weekly payout eligibility checks.

Attribution stays in the same browser
Attribution is last-touch and cookie based. Clearing cookies, using private browsing, waiting past the 30-day window, or switching browser or device can prevent a purchase from being attributed. Fonable does not restore affiliate attribution across devices.

These answers describe the current Fonable program and its attribution limits.
- How much commission can a Fonable affiliate earn?
- The current program pays 30% on eligible Stripe credit top-ups attributed to a partner during the first 12 months after the referred customer’s first eligible purchase. A visit alone does not create a commission, and the purchase must remain eligible through approval.
- Which customer purchases are eligible?
- Only eligible Fonable credit top-ups paid through Stripe are included in the current affiliate integration. PayPal and cryptocurrency top-ups are outside the program. A Stripe purchase also needs valid referral attribution in the customer’s browser.
- How long does the referral cookie remain active?
- If the visitor accepts affiliate cookies, the referral window can remain active in that browser for up to 30 days. Attribution uses the latest eligible referral. Clearing cookies, private browsing, or reaching the expiry can remove it sooner.
- Does attribution follow a customer across devices?
- No cross-device attribution is promised. The referral is stored in the browser where the visitor accepted affiliate cookies. Moving to another browser or device can prevent the later top-up from being connected to the partner.
- When are approved commissions paid?
- Attributed commissions have a 30-day approval hold. After they qualify, they are considered during weekly eligibility checks and processed manually through PayPal. The weekly review cadence is not a guarantee that a payout will arrive every week.
- What happens if a purchase is refunded or reversed?
- A purchase must remain eligible through the 30-day approval hold. If the underlying payment is refunded or reversed, the related commission can be cancelled or reversed and will not be treated as an approved earning.
- Where do partners manage their account?
- Partner applications, referral links, reporting, and account access are handled in Fonable’s hosted Affonso portal. Use the join link for a new application or the partner sign-in link if you already have an account.
