Fonable ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our service.

We collect information you provide directly to us, as well as information generated through your use of the service:

• Account information: name and email address collected via Google sign-in
• Call data: phone numbers dialed, call duration, timestamps, and call recordings (where applicable)
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and other interactions with the service
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and log data
• Support chat data: messages and attachments you choose to send through Crisp, together with chat usage data

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Fonable service
• Process and connect your phone calls
• Send transactional communications related to your account or calls
• Answer support questions, receive feedback, and respond to general inquiries through Crisp
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• Service providers: third-party vendors that help us operate the service (e.g., Twilio for call infrastructure, Google Firebase for authentication and storage, and Crisp for customer support chat)

4. Call Data

Because Fonable is a voice calling service, we necessarily process call metadata (numbers dialed, duration, timestamps) to route and bill calls. This data is retained for a limited period for billing reconciliation and fraud prevention. If call recording is enabled for your account, recordings are stored securely and accessible only to you and authorized Fonable personnel.

5. Support Chat

We use Crisp to make support chat available when a page first loads. The chat loads without waiting for a separate cookie choice and may set functional cookies whose names begin with crisp-client/. Fonable also uses a temporary functional cookie named fonable_crisp_reset_required to prevent an old chat session from being reused after logout or an account change. Crisp also processes technical details such as your IP address, browser, device, and chat usage metadata so the service can operate.

If you sign in, we send Crisp your Firebase user ID, email address when available, and display name when available. This lets us identify your support request. 6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
